Kells Hire, a leading name in equipment and tool hire, is currently seeking a reliable and motivated 7.5-ton truck driver to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a can-do attitude who enjoys working in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and timely delivery and collection of hire equipment to and from customer sites.
- Load and unload tools and equipment with care.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as an ambassador for Kells Hire.
Requirements:
- Valid 7.5T (C1) driving licence.
- C licence (rigid truck) is a strong advantage.
- Up-to-date CPC certification and tacho card.
- Good knowledge of the local area and road safety.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
