Job Description:
Hotel Killarney is currently seeking an Accommodation Assistant to join our dedicated Accommodation Team.
The working hours will be 9am to 5pm, but we understand the importance of flexibility, and we are happy to offer adaptable start and finish times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service hotel bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to a high and consistent standard.
- Greet all guests with a warm smile and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly to management.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Accommodation Manager or Management Team.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- The ability to work efficiently and at a fast pace.
- Good time management, particularly in completing room cleaning within set timeframes.
- A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning or housekeeping role (desirable but not essential).
- A good understanding of English, both spoken and written.
