QDSM are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team to support the Accounts Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the in all aspects of the accounts payable processes.
Responsibilities
- Managing a high volume of supplier invoices, ensuring all information is correct and approved before uploading to the accounts system.
- Filing invoices in line with company processes and systems.
- Assisting the Accounts Manager with all general accounting responsibilities
- Responding to queries in a professional, timely manner.
- Working with strict deadlines.
- Preparations for internal audits.
Desired Criteria
- Minimum 2 years accounts payable experience.
- Strong PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel & PDF converting.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Sage and Field Motion an advantage.
- Excellent organisational & communication skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
