The role:
- Completing SEAI paperwork for solar pv installations (full training provided)
- Liaising with installation team to ensure all photos, documents and certs are provided and logged for each job
- Creating and maintaining customer files
- Following up invoices
- Logging creditor invoices
- Payroll admin
- Ensure all customer personal data is saved in password protected filling system
Requirements
- Good computer skills
- Microsoft excel (reasonable level)
- Excellent communication skills
- Accounting software experience desirable but not essential
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy have a strong work ethic and will maintain absolute confidentiality in regard to customer and company information
Background checks will be carried out and references will be required
The job will initially be based in a business hub but there is potential for working from home and working hours are flexible and can be agreed
