Afterschool Program Educator (2 positions)
Location: Sherpa Kids (Lusk & Donabate)
Position Type: Part-time, year-round (including mid-term and summer camp hours)
Working Hours: 20–25 hours/week
Role Overview:
The Afterschool Program Educator plays a key role in supporting the smooth daily operation of the Sherpa Kids afterschool care programs. This position is ideal for someone passionate about working with children and looking to grow their career in a supportive, internationally connected environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times
- Support the daily routines of the program, including setup, supervision, and clean-up
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Follow all safeguarding and child protection guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Energetic, caring, and enthusiastic individual committed to high-quality childcare
- Experience working with children aged 4–12 in play-based or educational settings is an advantage
- Creativity, initiative, and a passion for child development
- Excellent communication skills and fluent spoken English
- Strong ethical standards and a collaborative mindset
- Basic computer literacy
- A full driving license and access to a car is preferred
