Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
- · Membership of a professional body is desirable but not essential
- Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience in an Architectural Design Office or multidisciplinary consultancy.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit for the production of detailed architectural drawings and models.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality planning, tender, and construction documentation.
- Good understanding of Irish Building Regulations, planning legislation, and design standards.
- Experience working collaboratively within BIM workflows and coordinating with multiple disciplines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English).
- Able to manage competing deadlines and deliver quality work under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for production of architectural drawings and full Revit models for planning and construction
- Assist in the development of building layouts, elevations, sections, and detailing to design intent and technical standards
- Coordinate architectural models and drawings with internal engineering teams and external consultants
- Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders during the design and documentation phases
- Interpret technical briefs and translate them into clear, accurate architectural documentation
- Revise and update design documentation in response to design changes and coordination feedback
- Maintain and organise digital drawing files and documentation standards
- Willingness to support and respond to the demands of collaborative design and project delivery
- Perform additional related duties as required to support the design team
QEHS MS Responsibilities
- Comply with SDS Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS) Management System requirements, i.e. perform work according to process documents and procedures, and maintain document information/complete department forms/records as required.
- Understand and apply the SDS Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety policy statements in all aspects of work.
- Contribute towards achieving company’s SDS QEHS objectives.
- Ensure that the needs and requirements of the company’s internal staff and customers are understood and delivered.
- Help develop and improve the company’s internal processes and management system by reporting corrective actions, updates and improvement ideas.
