At mckenna + associates we are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Trim, Co Meath.
The role in our company requires an individual who is motivated, well organsied and enthusiastic with good communciation skills and enjoys working as part of a team. This person should have an interest and knowledge of design, construction technology and a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
Joining our team will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to contribute to projects in the residential and commerical sectors and to further develop their skills in preparing drawings and construction specifications.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Architectural Technologist with good design, technical and detailing skills
- A motivated, proactive, creative person who enjoys working in a team
- Strong communication skills and confident facing clients and contractors
- Good working knowledge of current Irish Building and Planning Regulations and statutory compliance procedures
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Experience in Revit is preferable but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Drivers license and own transport
