Moxy Dublin Docklands is gearing up for launch—and we’re on the lookout for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager who’s equal parts leader, innovator, and hospitality enthusiast. You’ll lead the f&b crew in shaping a vibrant, guest-focused experience across our bar, breakfast, and grab-and-go outlets.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in managing daily F&B operations with energy and efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the F&B crew to deliver standout service with personality.
- Uphold Moxy brand standards—fun, fresh, and flawlessly executed.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front office teams to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Lead by example to ensure continuity and leadership.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Maintain accurate records (cleaning schedules, temperature logs, allergen controls).
- Champion a culture of safety and cleanliness across all F&B areas.
Customer Care Focus
- Deliver warm, engaging service that reflects the Moxy spirit.
- Anticipate guest needs and personalise the experience.
- Resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Keep the vibe upbeat—whether it’s wake-up coffee or late-night cocktails.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant management F&B role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Experience in pre-opening environments is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
