Responsibilities will include:
- Acceptance and IT supported processing of passport and visa applications up to the
decision-making stage
- Advising customers at the counter
- Providing verbal and written information
- Correspondence with authorities in Germany and Ireland
Applicants should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
- Leaving Certificate / Abitur or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience preferred –
preferably in the field of administration and/or passport and visa matters
- Willingness to become operational and familiar with job-specific IT programs
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure with a focus on customer service
- Strong communication and intercultural skills
