We are currently inviting eligible applicants to apply for the Assistant Manager / Supervisor position at Supermac's, Pearse St., Ballina.
As Assistant Manager, you will report to, and provide ongoing support to the Store Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for their individual unit. You will work as part of a team with Team Members and Training Coaches.
Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver amazing service every day.
The job:
Supervise the activities of team members on a daily basis and ensure necessary tasks are completed to meet our high standards
Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team around you
Being hands-on and leading from the front, committed to developing your team
Training the team on all aspects of the Supermac’s operations
Co-ordinate in-store sales and promotions
To assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations
Your Profile:
A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in the Catering/Hospitality industry is required.
Demonstrate excellent people management skills
Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills
Be passionate about Customer Service
Be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times especially when in the public eye
You must be 100% customer-focused, innovative, motivating, and energetic for this hands-on role
Knowledge of Food safety is required (HACCP)
You must be flexible to work a mixture of days, evenings, and weekends
