Sundrelle Ltd is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to take the next step in their career with a dynamic and growing company.
About the Role:
You will support the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with Health & Safety standards. This role involves overseeing warehouse staff, coordinating logistics, managing stock control, and contributing to the smooth running of all warehouse activities.
Successful Candidates will be contacted week beginning 15th of September.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations, including quality assurance, inventory control, logistics, productivity, deliveries, and customer service.
- Supervise and support the warehouse team to ensure targets are met.
- Uphold and enforce Health & Safety procedures in line with legislation.
- Monitor and report on compliance, inspect facilities/equipment, and recommend improvements.
- Investigate incidents and promote a culture of safety and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse role (Assistant Management/Supervisory experience desirable).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and Health & Safety standards.
- Proficiency in Exchequer, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.
