Your Mission
As our Account Manager in Ireland, you will be instrumental in the local rollout of IZY.LIFE and in shaping our position in the Irish health and wellness ecosystem.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and nurturing professional buyer accounts (clinics, pharmacies, wellness studios, health professionals)
- Onboarding and retaining clients from their first order to long-term engagement
- Identifying and developing strategic partnerships with local actors (distributors, group purchasing networks, wellness hubs, innovators)
- Acting as our eyes and ears on the ground, bringing back insights to fine-tune our go-to-market strategy
- Optionally supporting targeted business development efforts
You’ll be a local ambassador for IZY.LIFE while collaborating closely with our HQ team to grow a strong and credible presence in Ireland.
Occasional travel to our headquarters in Monaco will be expected to align with our leadership team, contribute to cross-country strategic meetings, and help co-build our global vision. Growth Potential: Country Manager (Ireland)
For the right candidate, this role is designed to evolve into a Country Manager position, giving you:

Your Profile
- Experience in account management, key account sales, or customer success in a B2B environment
- Familiarity with the Irish health, wellness, or pharmacy ecosystem
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, mission-driven company
Compensation Model
This is a full-time salaried position with a compensation structure designed to reward initiative and measurable results.
- Base salary for stability and long-term commitment
- Performance-based bonuses tied to account growth, retention, and order volume
- Quarterly incentives aligned with clear KPIs (e.g. partnerships, activation rate, upsell success)
