Balcony Installer – Site Work (Dublin-based)

Salary: €35,000–€45,000 (depending on experience)
About Us
Extreme Balconies is a leading manufacturer and installer of balcony systems, known for our precision engineering, high-quality workmanship, and reliable delivery. We are expanding our site installation team and are looking for experienced installers to work on high-profile projects across Dublin.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of steel and aluminium balcony systems on construction sites. This is a hands-on role that requires strong practical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work from technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Install steel and aluminium balcony systems on site in line with project specifications
- Read and interpret site drawings
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet installation deadlines
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in all work carried out
- Adhere to all safety protocols, particularly when working at heights
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, site teams, and other trades
- Handle and operate site tools and equipment safely
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in site installation of steel, aluminium, or carpentry work
- Ability to read and understand fabrication/site drawings
- Valid Safe Pass is a bonus
- Additional certs (Manual Handling, MEWP, Working at Heights, Abrasive Wheel) are an advantage – training can be provided
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Full valid driving licence an advantage
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work to deadlines
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday 07:00-16:00
- Friday 07:00-15:30
