About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading specialist in mortgages, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bank Teller to join their retail mortgage branch in Rathfarnham.
Role Overview
The Bank Teller will be responsible for operating cash facilities, opening new accounts, and supporting the branch in its day-to-day operations. The role focuses on meeting customer needs while helping to deliver on branch objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Process a variety of counter transactions accurately, promptly, and professionally.
- Balance cash daily in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare and review reports at agreed intervals, carrying out reconciliations as required.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements in every customer interaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Proactively generate and complete sales, from lead through to fulfilment, in line with the sales process and activity management system.
Qualifications & Experience
- APA/QFA Certification is required
- Previous experience in delivering a high-quality service to customers.
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to service delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
