Join the opening team at the Fox & Hounds, Ballyvolane’s brand-new over-21s bar. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Bar Staff to deliver top-class service in a vibrant, modern setting.
Whether you’re a seasoned bartender or new to the scene with the right attitude, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve drinks efficiently, professionally, and with attention to detail
- Provide friendly, welcoming service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Follow opening, closing, and cleaning procedures
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Restock and replenish bar items as needed
- Comply with all licensing, safety, and hygiene standards
- Support team members during busy service periods
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team
- Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Over 18 years of age (due to alcohol service laws)
