Role Overview
We’re looking for a Barista & All-Rounder to join our team at The Perch. This is a hands-on role that involves preparing high-quality coffee, assisting with food preparation, and providing excellent customer service. You’ll be an energetic, friendly team player who can adapt to different tasks and keep service running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, teas, and cold beverages to a high standard
- Provide warm, welcoming customer service at all times
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and deli counter service
- Operate the till, take orders, and handle payments accurately
- Support daily café operations including opening/closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards in line with HACCP requirements
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy periods
- Restock displays and manage stock rotation as needed
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous barista or café experience preferred (training can be provided)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Flexible and willing to support in all areas of the café
- Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €13.50-€15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
