Benjamin Real Estate Finance part of the Solance Group is a newly formed boutique lending firm focused on property-backed financing for high-end hospitality projects. Designed as a boutique operation, we take a selective and disciplined approach to our deal flow, prioritising quality over quantity.
Although we are still in the early stages and have not yet issued any loans, our model is built on long-term value creation through careful underwriting, deep market knowledge, and close collaboration with experienced borrowers. We focus on the UK and broader European markets, applying a strategic and risk-aware approach to property finance.
We are now seeking a seasoned and strategically minded Independent Non-Executive Board Member to support the direction and oversight of our operations.
