What will I be doing as a Braeburn Café Manager?
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Braeburn coffee operations, ensuring compliance with Braeburn’s standards and quality guidelines.
- Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.

An Applegreen Braeburn Café Manager would ideally:
- Have previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Have a can-do attitude who has strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
- Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
