Location: Markree Castle, Co. Sligo
Position: Breakfast Service Team Member (Seasonal - Full-Time & Part-Time)
Pay Rate: €13.50-€14.00 per hour
Shift Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm (midweek only)
Transport: Own transport required (no public transport during shift hours)
About the Role:
Markree Castle is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and guest-focused individuals to join our Breakfast Service Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in one of Ireland's most beautiful and historic venues, delivering warm and professional service to our guests.
Key Duties Include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests to breakfast service
- Taking and running food and beverage orders
- Serving tea & coffee with attention to detail
- Assisting with wedding setups and drinks service
- Upholding service standards to ensure a 4-star experience
What We're Looking For:
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility to assist with wedding events during midweek
- Must have own transport available due to early start times and remote location
