Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen, we are looking for a Bridal Sales Consultants to join our team. We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales consultant to work in our Dublin store. The position involves one to one private appointments with brides that are pre booked in our store.
Our customers are our highest priority, and we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience to each and everyone
Responsibilities
- To assist brides-to-be choosing their perfect bridal gown from the store’s collections
- Administration tasks include, appointment bookings, answering customer inquiries via email and phone, customer information processing, ordering of products
- Day to day running of the store including general housekeeping, stock maintenance, steaming, packing, and unpacking of stock and orders.
- Take measurements and arrange alterations on dresses, as needed
- Ensure the store and its products are consistently maintained and in pristine condition
- Provide accurate information about gowns, like pricing and materials
- Participate in bridal expos to promote our store and wedding dresses to potential customers
- Assist with shop window decoration
Requirements
- Work experience as a Bridal Sales Consultant, luxury retail sales or similar role
- Knowledge of wedding styles, designers, and current wedding trends
- Provide a professional, friendly, and excellent service
- Excellent presentation, communication, and people skills both spoken and written
- Highest standard of attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €14.00-€18.00 per hour
