Derg Joinery Ltd is a well-established joinery company based in Killaloe, Co. Clare. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Window & Door Installer to join our growing team. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of bespoke domestic projects, with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Install a range of domestic windows and doors, including bespoke and traditional joinery pieces
- Fit traditional timber sash windows, casement windows, and wooden shutters
- Carry out installations independently and ensure all work is completed to a high standard
- Measure, prepare, and adjust components on-site as needed
- Communicate with clients and site managers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in domestic window and door installation
- Skilled in traditional joinery, particularly sash windows and shutters
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
- Full, clean driving licence
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification
- Own set of tools (some power tools will be provided)
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
Desirable
- Experience working on high-end bespoke projects
- Flexibility to travel within the region for on-site work
