Carpenter required to work at D Dooher Scaffolding Services Limited, located at 94 Crann Nua, Edenderry Road, Portarlington, Laois, Ireland. R32 XY70. Duties include interpreting technical drawings and specifications to determine job requirements; Selecting appropriate timber and measuring, cutting, shaping, and drilling to specification using saws, planes, chisels, and other hand and power tools; Assembling and securing prepared wooden parts using screws, nails, glue, and dowels to construct frames, shopfronts, counter units, decking, theatrical sets, furniture, craft pieces, scale models, and templates; Verifying the accuracy of work using measuring tools such as squares, rulers, and spirit levels; Performing maintenance and repair of existing woodwork and fittings.
