Drainage Operative

Job Description
- Performing drain unblocking procedures efficiently and effectively.
- Conducting CCTV surveys to assess the condition of drainage systems.
- Identifying and diagnosing drainage issues using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Providing recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Carrying out drain cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and completing necessary paperwork.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Key Skills
- Drains maintenance, unblocking, and CCTV surveying
- Proficiency in operating drainage equipment and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Following courses would be an advantage -
- Certified Drainage Surveyor Course
- Confined Space Training
Licence/Certification:
- Full Clean Driving Licence (required)
Up to 24 days annual leave per year + 1 day for CPC (if applicable)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €35,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
