Responsibilities
- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing learning space for young children
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities in line with Aistear and Síolta frameworks
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe classroom environment
- Collaborate with fellow educators on ideas, improvements, and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (Level 6 or higher preferred)
- A strong passion for working with young children
- Ideally, experience in a childcare or early education setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of child protection regulations and a commitment to best practice
