About The Role:
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain services and operations to comply with site specific quality standards as advised by the client and Operations Manager/Contracts Manager
- Inform Operations Manager/Contracts Manager of any training and development needs of your teams or individuals’ goals to enhance performance
- Maintain the necessary conditions for an effective and safe working environment
- To fulfil any administration and management of the cleaning teams and to roster and recruit for operatives as required
- To build a strong working relationship with the client ensuring site objectives are always met
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have Right to Work in the ROI
- Previous experience in the cleaning sector is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in delivering effective customer service
- Supervision capability
- Employee improvement/training
