CLERICAL OFFICER – GRADE 111
Permanent Part Time Contract
20 hours per week
Location: FOYNES, CO. LIMERICK
Essential
Ø A secretarial qualification that includes a sound working knowledge of Windows,
Microsoft Office, Excel e.commerce and internet.
Ø Minimum 3 years administrative experience
Ø Excellent I.T., Communication and Organisational Skills
Ø Experience in minute taking
Ø Experience with computer and data entry
Ø Proficient at file archiving
Ø Experience in processing invoices
Ø Be highly motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
Ø Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ø Demonstrate initiative, good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ø Full clean driving licence
Desirable
Ø Rostering Experience
Ø Entering Payroll
