Sixt Ireland is an Irish owned and operated franchise of Sixt rent a car, one of the longest established car rental companies in the world. Sixt rent a car has been in operation since 1912. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Corporate Sales Executive to join the Sixt Ireland team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, growing our corporate sales business and maintaining relationship with current corporate clients. This role will involve travelling to meet clients and prospective clients off-site on a regular basis so a full, B driving licence is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute new strategy for generating and retaining corporate and travel agency business
- Client Acquisition: Develop new strategy to identify, target, and secure new corporate clients to expand the customer base nationwide. Work towards and achieve KPIs and targets for achieving new business
- Relationship Management: Manage relationship with corporate business partners and generate leads for new business
- Performance Metrics: Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives
- Sales Quotas: Creating and implementing sales strategies to meet monthly sales quotas
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, draft sales contracts and establish growth plans with current and prospective clients ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Reporting to Management: Weekly report to Senior Management with planned sales meetings for week ahead
- Other: Other tasks as required by Finance Director and Senior Management
Role Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role required
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work on own initiative, and also as part of a team
- Proven organisation and time management skills.
- Committed to delivering exceptional service to clients
- Experience working with CRM systems such Salesforce, as well as other IT systems, and Microsoft Office
- Full B Driving Licence (or equivalent) is a requirement for this role
