Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting full-time and part-time Customer Assistants (Yard).
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for serving customers with products in a friendly and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for monitoring the yard and surrounding areas. Other duties will include moving stock and loading and unloading vehicles.
Main Duties
- To deal with customers in a friendly, efficient manner
- Forklift driving
- To carry out inspection of goods received - checking for damage to, quantity of and quality of items received
- To accurately pick stock items in accordance with the outgoing paperwork ensuring conformance to the customer’s requirements
- To carry out any other duties as requested by management from time to time
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in hardware related environment and forklift experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
