Job Description: Customer service/Administration Assistant to provide office support to management, in such roles as managing customer phone queries both new and existing customers, replying to customer emails, scheduling our working teams routes, data input, keeping customer enquiry records, filing, ordering supplies, and other office duties
Skills required:
- Fluent English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Experience:
- One year or more office experience
- Having managed customers by phone an advantage
- Friendly, professional, and proactive approach with a can-do attitude.
