Responsibilities & Duties include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, promptly responding to inquiries via email, social media and webchat.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Triona's product offerings to effectively address customer queries and provide tailored recommendations.
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, facilitating returns, exchanges, and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while delivering high-quality customer service.
- Oversee the processing of orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Prepare shipping documentation meticulously to guarantee secure and on-time deliveries.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for order fulfillment and shipping operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey product information clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to maintain accurate order processing and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms like Shopify is advantageous.
- A positive attitude, coupled with a genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations and fostering positive relationships.
- Knowledge or interest in fashion trends and products is desirable.
