Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Service Department Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors to our service department. This role is essential in ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating service appointments, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the service team.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person, by phone, and via email in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Coordinate job cards, service paperwork, and technician schedules
Update customers on service progress and completion times
Manage incoming service inquiries and follow up on outstanding jobs
Handle invoicing, filing, and other administrative duties related to service
Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and waiting area
Liaise with parts, sales, and accounts departments when necessary
Support the Service Manager with reporting, documentation, and customer
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role (experience in a service/automotive/agricultural machinery setting is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with service scheduling software or CRM systems
