We are seeking a talented individual to join our Cyber Digital & Data team at Marsh. This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role is responsible for leading the Cyber digital & data team to execute its strategy and deliver exceptional business results. The Cyber Digital & Data Leader sets the strategic direction and governance for all Cyber digital customer experience applications, ensuring projects align with business objectives and budget constraints.
We will count on you to:
Drive the global Cyber practice’s digital transformation by shaping strategy, promoting the adoption of digital solutions, and creating seamless digital experiences for clients and colleagues, reinforcing Marsh Cyber’s position as a trusted and innovative Cyber Risk advisor.
Collaborate with leaders across Marsh / MMC, external partners, and clients to understand and document requirements for digital solutions, ensuring alignment with Cyber practice needs and strategic objectives.
Create and present business case recommendations and tactical strategies based on analysis of global and industry trends, organizational goals, and key stakeholder insights.
Manage and update budget strategies and capital usage, ensuring a meaningful return on investment by utilizing key KPIs to measure success.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with internal functions, management, and external stakeholders - including insurers, cybersecurity firms, and technology vendors—to support cybersecurity initiatives and digital transformation efforts.
Lead and inspire colleagues within the Global Cyber Digital & Data team, including DevOps and Data Engineering, in close coordination with Marsh Technology, to execute digital transformation strategies and deliver measurable results.
Promote the Marsh Cyber brand by leading thought leadership initiatives, sharing best practices, and positioning the organization as an innovator in digital Cyber solutions and services.
Monitor industry trends, cybersecurity developments, regulatory changes, and competitor actions to anticipate their impact on the Cyber practice and inform strategic planning.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in leading large engineering teams and managing digital experience and applications development.
Strong understanding of digital customer experience solutions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute strategic plans that drive business performance.
