Duties:
- The maintenance and data quality of vendor, customer, and material master data.
- Work as part of a cross functional master data team to perform a business wide data cleanse program aligned to a wider master data transformation project.
- Maintain and improve an effective process for the management of material master data.
- Maintain all associated information and inputs in a robust system which conforms to GDP/GMP processes.
- Conduct regular auditing of the process to ensure ongoing accuracy and business data integrity.
- Publish weekly/monthly metrics which monitor group's performance to internal service level agreements.
- Work closely with the SAP/PMO and business cross functional teams to understand the effect of process and system changes on master data.
- Responsible for creating and updating mapping documents and data load validation rules.
- Thoroughly executes test plans to ensure accuracy of data loads and extracts.
- Maintains expert level of business functional knowledge for an assigned data domain.
- Supports project and regression testing efforts.
- Implements data governance policies and procedures.
- Attend workshops as appropriate and take an active role in master data validation.
