Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Nurse-Receptionist to join our team. This role requires proficiency in working with the Dentist in the dental surgery, handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records. A strong understanding of dental terminology and working in a dental environment is preferred , but not essential .
Responsibilities
- Care and attention to patients and other staff members at all times
- Maintain a clean working area at all times, taking particular attention to cross infection control
- Patient confidentiality at all times
- Assist the dentist in carrying out various treatments
- Ability to carry out receptionist duties in arranging appointments etc
- Collaborate with other dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and patient flow
- Utilize computer skills to manage electronic health records (EHR) and other administrative duties
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
