Oxfam Ireland is looking for a Deputy Shop Manager to join our busy charity shop in Rathmines. If you want to make the world more sustainable by contributing to a more circular economy, whilst working with volunteers and making the shop part of the local community, this is the role for you.

This is an excellent opportunity to be creative and use your initiative in a supportive environment with on-the-job training. We need an innovative person who will be responsible for customer service, store operations and supervising a team of volunteers.

  • Demonstrable experience of supervising and motivating a diverse team
  • Demonstrable experience in a retail environment including customer service and a hands-on approach
  • Demonstrable experience of cash handling and following financial procedures
  • Demonstrable experience of merchandising and promotion
