Objective:
Is a professional responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with clients using DID services in a company. The main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and help maximize the value they get from DID services.
Responsibilities
- Ongoing Communication: Maintaining regular communication with clients to keep them informed about product updates, new features, and any changes in digital identification services. It's also important to solicit feedback from clients to continuously improve services.
- Renewals and Upselling: Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase company revenue and ensure the renewal of contracts with existing clients.
- Tracking Metrics: Evaluating and monitoring key performance metrics (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, the use of DID services, and other important indicators. Using this data to make informed decisions and enhance the account management strategy.
- Conflict Resolution: In the event of conflicts or disputes with clients, the Account Manager should act as a mediator and work to find solutions that satisfy both parties
Qualifications
- At least 2 years as a DID/VoIP Account Manager
- Bachelor degree
