As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland’s most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our Marketing team as a Digital & Social Media Specialist.
As a member of the digital content team the purpose of this role is to grow the business through the execution of the digital communications plan and to contribute to developing The Digital Strategy with clarity, innovation and passion.
What you'll be doing:
- Working with the Brand Managers to implement the commercial and brand strategy across digital and social channels.
- Management of Centra Social Media Channels including Facebook, TikTok and Instagram
- Managing Paid and Organic Social Media posting and strategy
- Campaign Ideation
- Campaign Analysis and tracking, reviewing effectiveness of each activity & campaign and building insights into future planned activity.
- Social Media Moderation management
- Presentation of plans and results to the wider team and stakeholders
- Apply continuous fresh thinking to maximise plan outcomes
- Development and maintenance of effective relationships with key stakeholders and cross- functional working is a key requirement of the role.
- Budget management
- Achievement of brand targets with a strong understanding of the customer segments and how their functional and emotional needs are met.
What we'er looking for:
- A minimum of 3+ years in a similar Social Media role.
- A third level Marketing or Business qualification.
- Experience working in Meta Business Suite & TikTok Ads Manager
- Experience creating content for TikTok and other Social Media Channels.
- A proven ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic innovative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and possess strong presentation and organisational skills.
- Ability to work on one’s own initiative or as part of a team to achieve the organisational business objectives and values.
- Experience using Photoshop advantageous.
- Experience within the Retail/FMCG industry advantageous.
- Need to be creatively strong and demonstrate an understanding and passion for the latest trends in food, digital & social media.
