The team at the Killarney Plaza Hotel is currently recruiting a Duty Manager to join the Management Team. This is a full-time position, reporting to the General Manager, the Duty Manager will oversee the daily running of the Hotel.
What you will do:
- The Duty Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Hotel.
- You will assist and support every department when required and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered.
- Manage all functions and events and ensure they are set up as per requested by the customer.
- Make sure quality and standards are met consistently throughout the hotel.
- Anticipate guest needs, and proactively manage their expectations.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Attention to detail is required to ensure our guests have an excellent experience.
About you:
- Have experience as a department manager/supervisor within a fast-paced Hotel.
- Experience supporting and being hands-on across all departments.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
- Fluent in English is essential.
