Job Summary:
National Beauty Distribution is seeking a driven and ambitious, commercially minded ECommerce Executive to support and help scale our growing digital operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of Shopify, digital merchandising, and data-led decision-making who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving E-commerce environment.
You’ll work closely with the Head of E-commerce and cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, design) to support a best-in-class online experience across our B2B and DTC platforms. This is a brilliant opportunity for a digital self-starter looking to step up and take ownership of key E-commerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update our Shopify stores, including product uploads, visual merchandising, promotional campaigns, and basic integrations.
Assist with app provider management, testing new functionality, and supporting conversion rate optimisation and site enhancements.
Monitor stores daily for bugs, performance issues, and content errors, escalating or resolving as appropriate.
Collaborate with our email marketing and CRM team to support high-performing DTC and B2B campaigns.
Support day-to-day online trade activity, including implementing promotional strategies, price updates, banner swaps, and homepage refreshes.
Help coordinate and implement new product launches and seasonal updates across all E-commerce channels.
Work with digital designers to ensure cohesive visual merchandising and messaging that aligns with our brand tone of voice.
Provide regular reporting on key site KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion, and cart performance, using Shopify reports, GA4, and other tools.
Develop and implement Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategies to enhance user experience and increase website performance, including A/B testing, heatmap analysis, user journey improvements, and data-driven experimentation to drive measurable growth in conversions
Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to align on product availability, inventory syncing, and fulfilment performance.
Support the development and execution of product buying strategies for our brand Zolo Beauty, including trend forecasting, analysing sales performance, identifying gaps or opportunities in the range, and collaborating with our brand partners to ensure a competitive and compelling product assortment.
Provide support in day-to-day online trading activities across key platforms such as TikTok Shop and Amazon, including product listings, pricing updates, promotional planning, stock monitoring, performance analysis, and ensuring content is optimised to maximise visibility and sales.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and support research on emerging trends and digital tools.
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation across the customer journey, from discovery to checkout.
Align with social media and performance marketing teams on campaign rollouts and product priorities.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable navigating Shopify and using its core native features.
Data-literate, with the ability to analyse reports and turn insights into actions.
Familiar with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Meta/Google ad platforms is a plus.
Confident using spreadsheets, content management tools, and productivity platforms.
Detail-focused with strong troubleshooting instincts.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in an E-commerce or digital marketing role.
Shopify experience is essential; experience with B2B platforms or wholesale portals is desirable.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
