IT Resourcing at Ergo are seeking an experienced E-commerce Sales Manager for a large client based in Dublin 24 . The person will be responsible for leading online sales strategy and managing the end-to-end e-commerce customer journey, from initial engagement to final delivery.
What will you do?
- Create and execute online sales objectives, set goals and influence the best marketing channels for reaching customers.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of online orders for our eCommerce stores.
- Ensure efficient order fulfilment within the expected timeframes.
- Deliver excellent customer service to boost loyalty and retention
- Oversee ERP integration for accurate order and inventory data
- Lead the e-commerce team to ensure we maximise sales opportunities.
- Align with marketing efforts to support campaigns and promotions
- Manage website vendors to ensure platform effectiveness
- Monitor sales performance regularly, optimising key metrics, and identify areas where improvements can be made.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service to enhance the online experience
What do you need?
- Previous experience in online retail sales management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret sales data.
- Sales strategy and planning experience.
- Ability to work in a dynamic target driven sales environment.
- Commercially driven to optimise margin and sales opportunities.
- Previous experience in web development is advantageous
