Early Years Teacher for AIM Support

Sliabh Mish Childcare Services are a voluntary organisation operating a pre-school and after- school programme, based in Castlemaine, Co. Kerry. Sliabh Mish Childcare Services are recruiting an Early Years Teacher for AIM Support to join their team from September 2023.

This is a specified purpose position to provide AIM Support for the 2023/24 Academic Year.

Hours of work: 15 hours per week - 09:00 to 12:00 Monday to Friday.

Pay Scale: Competitive above ERO (dependent on experience and qualification)

Staff discount for childcare available.

Person Specifications

Requirements:

• Minimum QQI Level 5 Early Childhood Care & Education qualification is essential.
• Satisfactory completion of Garda Vetting requirements.
• Kindness, warmth and responsiveness to the needs of children.

Desirable:

Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
