The engineering site in Dublin (also known as European Development Centre (EDC)) is a mature and strategically important engineering site for Microsoft (EDC is part of Microsoft Ireland in Leopardstown, Dublin operating alongside other functions such as sales and operations). EDC design, develop and implement engineering solutions at large scale for the full suite of Microsoft products including many household names such as Copilot for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and Identity management solutions in Security. The European Development Centre EDC Business Program Manager is an exciting and dynamic role at the centre of many of the engineering cross-site initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Create and drive plans for the implementation of individual projects with the ability to drive results across a distributed set of stakeholders across several projects.
- Drive success on multiple project concepts, project work packages and create scalable cross-site projects across multiple teams with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) defined with key stakeholders.
- Support cross-site strategies and projects (e.g., talent, ecosystem and future skilling, innovation and value creation and engineering excellence).
- Work with the senior business manager to plan and run large-scale engineering all-employee meetings and events (content, preparing speakers, follow up communication, surveys etc.)
- Working with the senior business manager and engineering leads to help curate content that tells the story of the engineering site and the value creation, e.g. create executive communication briefings for key international stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience
