Job Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of Health & safety including the development of risk assesments
Review learning curriculums for all on site staf
Train all staff on Lone working devices and other client EHS procedures requiring face to face training
Coordinate site inductions for new employees and external training bookings.
Update safety statistics, compile reports/presentations, and monitor compliance.
Review all permits completed for onsite work operations
Carry out investigations and complete reports in accordance with onsite SOP’s
Respond to subcontractor/client information requests in a timely and professional manner.
Log accidents, incidents, and near misses; manage corrective action processes and documentation.
Co -ordinate inspections of lifting equipment
Organise required inspections for various facility operations (including inductions, RAMS, permits to work, communication with equipment owners, and access).
Manage on site registers
Review, update and create Pm’s as required
Support managers in delivering site-specific training and toolbox talks.
Communicate updates regarding safety legislation and past incident learnings.
Qualifications

1+ year in administrative or H&S role (desirable)
H&S certification is a plus
Confidence to lead training sessions and safety inductions.
Calm and clarity when logging and responding to safety incidents.
Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders— contractors, external bodies.
