JOB SYNOPSIS
The Enterprise Systems Support Analyst plays a pivotal role in maintaining, optimising and supporting the institutions enterprise systems. These systems span multiple departments and are critical to the institutions operations. The role is focused on ensuring seamless operation and aligning systems with business objectives. Key responsibilities of the role include system maintenance and troubleshooting, user support, process optimisation, configuration and upgrades, and data management. The role is ideal for individuals who thrive on solving complex challenges, improving system functionality, and ensuring systems meet the needs of the institution.
