Entry-level Translation Project Manager
We are currently seeking an entry-level Translation Project Manager, looking to work in a diverse role including vendor and quality management.
The Project Manager will collaborate closely with our existing Project Managers and will be responsible for delivery of translation projects, working with vendor quality managements and workflow improvement.
Do you have a graduate degree in languages?
Do you love working in Word and can format documents well and quickly?
The job involves reading and correcting copy and adjusting formatting to an appropriate agreed standard when necessary, dealing directly with the customer, and managing and recording feedback and control of content producers.
Please note:
You will be required to work in our Dublin Office on the Quays, this is not a remote working position. However, we are sure you'll love working with us. We are all language people too.
We work on sensitive content, and Garda vetting will be required.
A non-exhaustive list of responsibilities includes:
· Preparing documents
· Managing translation projects end-to-end
· Ensuring deadlines are consistently met
· Adhering to budgetary guidelines
· Handling diverse file types
· Utilising a Translation Management System (TMS)
· Working proficiently with CAT tools
· Effectively communicating with clients
· Collaborating effectively with translators globally
· Implementing and maintaining quality management procedures
The Project Manager will be expected to prepare documents for translation; assign translators, revisers, and proofreaders; format documents appropriately for final delivery; and actively participate in reflecting on and implementing procedural improvements.
They will become proficient in our translation management system and will regularly apply segmentation theories, word processing skills, and quality assurance practices.

· A higher-level qualification in translation/linguistics
