About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Managing workflows and paper work
- Training new and existing staff
- Creating and managing team schedules
- Reporting to Site Manager
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback
- Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes
- Assisting staff with daily tasks where necessary
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language is a requirement
