Event Customer Care Team - Dublin
Sword are recruiting for Event Customer Care Team Members for seasonal, casual/ad-hoc support roles in Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside our operations team to deliver excellent customer care services.
- Provide information and direction to customers
- Comply with the instructions of your team leader
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Proven experience in a customer care or steward role is preferred.
- A positive and energetic approach to your job.
- Must be willing to work as part of the team.
- Ability to be on your feet for an extended period.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to smile!
Salary: €13.50 per hour & Sunday Premium
