Position: Event Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Event Manager who excels in communication, team management, and multitasking and has a key eye for social media. This role demands strong social skills, a knack for managing diverse teams, and the ability to multi-task and adapt to various tasks and a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Plan, organize, and execute various client events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Digital Marketing Utilize social media platforms to promote events, engage with audiences, and enhance overall event presence
- Communication: Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and clients to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Event Management: Provide onsite event management, ensuring all operations are conducted seamlessly. This may require you to work outside standard office hours and varying days based on event schedules.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of management experience in the Event Industry
- Previous experience on Meta Business Suite
- On-site event experience
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Digital literacy
- Passion for event management and ability to work with diverse groups
Preferred:
- Previous Health & Safety experience is an advantage
