Validation & supervision of exam candidates, carried out online through the TestReach application.
Applicants must be Dublin-based, however the role may transition to working from home with equipment supplied upon successful completion of on-site training and internal assessment.
Comprehensive on-site training will be provided in our office in Clonskeagh, Dublin 4.

Home office Requirements

Post-successful completion of on-site training
Successful trainees will be provided with invigilator set-up (desktop computer, monitor, keyboard, headset, mouse and cables).
Must have a strong, reliable internet connection
Mandatory use of (provided) LAN/Ethernet cable to connect to the internet via wired
connection. Wire must be plugged directly into your home modem. Wi-Fi use is not possible (wireless connection)
If recruited, you will be required to download some software onto your own separate device, ex: phone/tablet/laptop.

Job Requirements

Fluent in English
Fluency in French / Spanish is desirable
Good communication skills
Able to take control of situations
Flexible approach to working with the ability to take on shifts throughout the year.
Reliable – these are high-stakes exams, so Invigilators must turn up for shifts they have committed to
Must be able to pay good attention to detail and observation skills to record information accurately
Calm under pressure
Experience of working or studying in a higher education environment, with knowledge of examinations process is preferable but not essential Ideal for someone looking for flexibility in working times working remotely for the majority
Previous exam invigilation experience is preferable but not essential
