Job Summary:
The Farms Administrator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations within the farm, ensuring efficient management of resources and compliance with agricultural regulations. Key duties include administration of Farms System, supporting farm activities, maintaining records of livestock and liaising with suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess strong Database Admin skills, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Farms System Database.
- Manage schedules, and records related to farm operations.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and health/safety standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers for equipment , feed, gas, shavings and other farm inputs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare reports for management.
- Receptionist responsibilities taking farmer calls.
- Issuing out purchase orders to suppliers.
- Preparing farms invoices/grower payments & key on system for payment.
- Preparing licensing for transport of livestock.
- Preparing slaughter information.
- Creating flock codes.
- Accruals at month end.
- Liaise with Field officers to support farmers with inquiries.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in administrative role
- Experience working in fast paced office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent IT skills- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel programmes and IT systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
